This vacation rental house has three good-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large separate kitchen, living room and a toilet. The outside terrace is covered and has direct access to the garden, barbecue and closed garage with automatic gate.

The villa is located on the north coast of Vinaròs on the second line of the beach. It has direct access to the beach right in front of the house.

The plot of this house has a total of 430m², where this 2-storey house is located.

There is a large automatic gate to access the property from the street. On the left side you can enjoy a well-kept garden and a private pool (7m x 3m).

At the entrance of the house there is a large covered terrace with an outdoor table and a set of chairs. It also has hammocks and a barbecue.

On the ground floor is the living room with a large table and 6 chairs, two sofas, coffee table and TV cabinet, the TV has satellite connection. All together defines a large space, very bright and comfortable, with lots of natural light.

The living room has air conditioning and there is also internet connection via WiFi throughout the house.

On the same floor there is also a large fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, as well as all the necessary utensils, such as a coffee maker, toaster, crockery, etc. and separate toilet with washing machine.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom is en suite, it has a queen size bed (150x190cm), two built-in wardrobes and private access to a large terrace with sea views .

The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90x190cm) each and fitted wardrobes. A second full bathroom with a shower is also located on the second floor.

The vacation villa sleeps up to 6 people. In addition, it has air conditioning in the 3 rooms.
